VETERINARIANS

E. Rosales
Medical Director, DVMOriginally from Fort Myers, Florida, Dr. Rosales earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Florida. During her undergraduate studies, she worked her way from kennel technician to veterinary technician, an experience that solidified her passion for veterinary medicine and sparked her dream of becoming a veterinarian while seeing the world. That dream took her to Brisbane, Australia, where she was accepted into the veterinary program at the University of Queensland.
After graduating in 2019, Dr. Rosales and her family returned to the United States in early 2020, where she began practicing in a small private clinic. While she enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine, her true passion lies in small animal surgery.
Outside of work, Dr. Rosales loves family outings, hiking, skiing, road trips, and all things adventure. These passions inspired her family’s recent move to Utah, where they’re excited to explore the state’s incredible landscapes. She lives with her husband, children, and their beloved Norwegian Forest cat, Mufasa, who’s been part of the family since their time in Australia.

I. Albertson
DVMA proud Minnesota native, Dr. Albertson discovered his passion for veterinary medicine at just 10 years old after witnessing the lifesaving work of veterinarians who treated a beloved family pet. That pivotal moment inspired a lifelong dedication to animal care. He went on to earn his veterinary degree from St. George’s University.
Dr. Albertson’s favorite color is olive green, and he’s especially fond of dogs—particularly the energetic and loyal Münsterländer breed. At home, he shares his life with his cherished dog, Lily, who keeps him company on outdoor adventures and reminds him daily why he chose this path.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Albertson is a passionate photographer, specializing in classic black-and-white scenic long exposures. His photography reflects the same patience, attention to detail, and appreciation for nature that he brings to his veterinary practice.

T. Adkison
DVMDr. Taylore Adkison earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University and brings a deep passion for preventative care, internal medicine, and oncology. Known for her compassionate nature and attention to detail, Dr. Adkison believes that the best veterinary care is a collaborative effort—because sometimes, it truly takes a village.
Outside of her work in the clinic, Dr. Taylore Adkison enjoys watching films and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their beloved Chihuahua mix, Roubidoux. A fun fact: Roubidoux was Dr. Adkison’s very first surgery patient during veterinary school—and the bond was so strong, she couldn’t help but adopt her!

Mazie
Lead“Hi, I’m Mazie! I have had a love for all animals since I was a kid. I’ve been in this field since 2020 and continue to enjoy learning about, and caring for animals.
Outside of work I enjoy hiking, camping, attending concerts and traveling with my dog Jagger. I have a cat named Luci (short for Lucifer), and she prefers staying home for cuddles!”

Ella
Overnight Technician
Hannah
Overnight TechnicianOutside of work, I enjoy spending time with my own animals—2 dogs (Holly and Rhae), 2 cats (Mr.Man and Boo), and a tarantula (Gatsby)! I also love watercolor and oil painting, exploring other creative outlets, and spending quality time with friends and family. Whether I’m in the clinic or at home, I have definitely already located the nearest animal to say hello and give pets to.

Maddy
Hi I’m Maddy, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team. I’ve been working in the veterinary field since 2020, and I plan to attend veterinary school in the future. Being at Monarch has given me the opportunity to grow my skills while doing what I love—helping animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
I’m especially passionate about making vet visits less stressful for both pets and their people. My own dog isn’t a fan of the vet, so I truly understand how important it is to approach each patient with empathy, patience, and a gentle hand. My experience helps me connect with clients and reassure them that it’s okay to be nervous, and make sure they know we’re here to support them every step of the way.
At home, I have one German Shepherd (Bruce) and one black cat (Boo)—my dog definitely keeps life busy, while my cat reminds me to slow down and enjoy some well-earned downtime. When I’m not at the clinic, I love reading dystopian fiction, watching movie marathons, and recharging whenever I can.

Mia
“Hi, I’m Mia, and I’ve been passionate about veterinary medicine since I was a kid! My love for animals has driven me towards pursuing a career as a veterinarian someday, and I’m dedicated to supporting my team and ensuring the gold standard of care for both people and pets.
In my free time I enjoy cuddling with my two cats (Ziggy and Zora), playing video games, hiking, bird watching, and insect hunting.”

Giselle
Though I’m new to the veterinary industry, animals have always held a special place in my heart. Growing up, I adored pets but often found myself too shy to get attached—now, I’m making up for lost time!
You’ll usually find me up front, greeting our fluffy visitors and making sure both pets and their humans feel right at home.
Before joining the veterinary world, I followed my love of food and earned an associate degree in Culinary Arts.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll find me outdoors whether it’s hiking, camping, or fishing, spending time in nature is a must!

Maddie
Hi I’m Maddie! I’m new to the vet field, but I’ve always had a huge love for animals. I share my life with two tuxedo cats (Concrete and Coraline) who tolerate going on adventures and getting lots of snuggles.
When I’m not at work or hanging out with my cats, you’ll probably find me watching anime, playing video games, drawing, or listening to My Chemical Romance. I also collect figures and attend a lot of concerts, which is fun but is also the reason I’m always broke.
If you bring your cat in, please let me pet it :3
MANAGEMENT

Jarrett
Owner, Hospital Manager, CVTThere’s no one quite like Jarrett—and that’s exactly how we like it. As the owner and manager of Monarch Veterinary Hospital, he’s the steady hand steering the ship, the first one to roll up his sleeves, and the last one to leave.
He’s the kind of person who can balance a budget while piping frosting onto a perfectly golden cupcake. A fan of 80’s pop music and a walking encyclopedia of canine trivia, Jarrett brings equal parts heart and humor to the clinic every day. His tattoos tell stories, his brownies win awards (at least, unofficially among the staff), and his care for the team—both two- and four-legged—is unmatched.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him volunteering at the local library, testing out a new baking recipe, or organizing his ever-growing vinyl collection. A true family-man who loves days with them at splash mountain. There is nothing like a day at the park with his whole family. He’s got a soft spot for scruffy faces, good conversation, and community connection.
With Jarrett at the helm, Monarch Veterinary Hospital is more than a clinic—it’s a place where everyone feels at home, tails are wagging, and the playlist is always on point.

Lianna
Assistant ManagerHey, my name is Lianna and you’ll usually find me right up front at Monarch; welcoming clients, supporting the team, and making sure everything runs smoothly. With a background in customer service and employee retention, I love helping people feel cared for, whether it’s their first visit or their tenth. I wear a lot of hats here; from scheduling and software updates to photography and jumping in during emergencies, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m deeply curious about veterinary medicine and always lead with kindness and patience. At home, I’m married with two IVF miracle babies; a toddler and a baby who are my EVERYTHING. We live with three wonderfully unique cats, including my youngest, who’s part bodyguard, part snuggle-bug. I’m also an artist, illustrator, and longtime anime and Pokémon fan. Being part of a team that values compassion, creativity, and community makes Monarch feel like exactly where I’m meant to be!

Dr. Frankie Bean ''Linda'' Sinatra
CHRO, GPFrankie had been living in a local feral cat colony since early spring. It wasn’t until a few weeks ago that he caught the attention of our veterinary technician, Maddy who noticed he was not fitting in. He was clearly having a tough time—often bullied by other cats, but always watching people with quiet curiosity.
Maddy saw something special in him and brought him in for care, planning to treat, neuter, and return him to his colony. But Frankie had other plans. From the moment he arrived at Monarch, he relaxed into the warmth and safety of our hospital; curling up for what seemed like his first true rest and quickly won over the hearts of our entire team.
It was clear that Frankie wasn’t meant to go back to the colony. He welcomed the affection, found comfort in the safety of the clinic, and got what seemed to be his first truly restful sleep. We made it official: Frankie has become Monarch’s permanent resident—and now proudly serves as our Head of Human Resources.—offering comfort, quiet companionship, and the occasional slow blink of approval.
Frankie spends his time watching the birds and soaking up the peace he longed for. He keeps team morale high, and runs a quiet biscuit bakery out of the treatment area. He ensures everyone at Monarch feels seen, supported, and cared for.
